We are very active in the domain of tourism laws. We assist government in elaborating laws on strategies in this sector. We give advice to major international groups in the domain of hotel management and also counsel on visa requirements for the tourism industry. OAA law was part of team set up to review the legal aspects of setting up, regional study for marketing of tourism, in Cameroon and the CEMAC region. OAA law participated in Seminars and workshops on behalf on the GRC (Government of the Republic of Cameroon) and the CEMAC region.OAA law has partnered with a team of investors interested in eco-tourism in parts of Cameroon. Our lawyers have worked with the government of Cameroon on the required laws on preservation and the environment and marketing.
